Q Do you have a shop?

No, we only have a webshop. If and when in Denmark we encourage you to visit our cultuiral institutions, designers and artists. You can find all addresses under ‘Brands’.

Q Do you have a catalogue?

No, but you will find all products for sale in our webshop. And we constantly update with new products, so remember to come back regularly to check new items.

Q The product I want seems to be out of stock – what do I do?

We strive to never run out of stock, but we cannot guarantee that we have all product 24/7/365. If we run out we will strive to inform about new shipping asap on this website. You are also welcome to contact us for more information.

Q Can I change my order?

You can change your order until we have packed and shipped your order. If you want to change your order we encourage you to contact us by email right away and write ‘Change of my order’ in subject line.

Q I need more information on a specific product in your webshop – what to do?

Please contact us by email and we will do our best to help you. You are also welcome to visit our members own websites for more information.

Q Do you have a newsletter?

Yes, we publish an email newsletter every month around the 10th. Please sign up here.

Q Which kind of payment can I use ?

You can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Eurocard and paypal at the checkout.

Q What is your delivery time?

We strive to deliver all orders within 7 days. But it really depends on your specific order, where you live and whether you order several different products. We will inform about expected delivery time on your specific order.

Q Do you deliver to my country?

We deliver all over the world, including your country.There might be certain exceptions depending if your country has any specific law on the import on certain items and goods.
